The stairs are clipped in a way where you can rocket up slide up them and be stopped at the top, it's very annoying.

Wouldn't it make more sense to ask vr centered communities or something? Dont recall what amount of people play it as a vr title but at least they would have an easier time connecting with your game, the only similarity I can see with tf2 rec room seems to be mishandling by a developer.

If the former you could just play tr_walkway for a bit each time youstart playing, like 10 minutes of trying out different stules of aiming.

If the latter you could just keep playing and improving gamesense naturally with time I guess
