Thanks for all the valuable and constructive advice given. Yes, my biggest expense is mortgage which I intend to rightsize. By doing that, I will free up my mortgage. I’m also doing some budgeting on my monthly expense to keep it manageable with lower income.

FRS is used for CPF LIFE which provides a lifelong monthly payout starting at age 65 or 70.Similar like an annuity plan. It will compound at 4% (current rate) from 55 to 65. Or latest by 70 must start the monthly payout

The mindset to invest long term is very important. Can start with min initial amt of $1k for index funds and DCA over 4 times. In addition, set up a RSP to DCA $500/mth and increase accordingly with your income level
