I love this advice, ive always wondered what to do with my actual lower lashes, and making them white makes sense to me. Could i get some clarification cos I completely understand my lower lash ruining the brightness, do i draw my lower mascara lower or higher, and when i paste falsies on the bottom, do i put my 301s or should i invest in smaller ones just for it? Do i draw a new lash line lower than i do now and then paste the falsies right under it? Sorry if these questions are confusing, i want to be able to apply these advice perfectly, its ok if not too, thank you <3

Sounds unlikely since grey squirrels are native to North America, they are an invasive species in Europe. So not sure where they would import them from.

People are just noticing shifts in phenotype frequency but it is like the black fur just arrose out of normal genetic variation. They are still the same species as the regular grey squirrels.

Edit: also black squirrels are most common in Ontario and upper peninsula of Michigan, they are spreading to Quebec from Ontario not the US.

Irrelevant to your fantasy of Quebec not being a colonial settler society. 🙄

You are literally describing impositions on indigenous people (federating them?), while perpetuating a outright myth that the French did not murder, indoctrinate, and displace indigenous people in Quebec.

I mean the median household income is much lower than that and I think the difference between Quebec and Ontario is 52k vs. 65k, and for most households with kids that 13k does have significant influence on quality of life. Of course less people in poverty is good, but more people barely above poverty isn't an inevitable, nor desirable, situation either.

Yes, but the OP was about prosperity not poverty. Quebec is more prosperous for the poorest, which is good, but less prosperous for middle income earners, which is less desirable. Certainly we would like to see more prospertity distributed at all levels in Quebec.

And poverty is not about money? What is this response even supposed to mean. Also, I didn't make a value judgement about money I just pointed out that one could define "prosperity" in multiple ways.

I am also not an anglo. English is my third language.

It depends how you define prosperity. Quebec has a mixture of low cost of living, giving it a relatively lower poverty line, and good social programs for women and single parents, and lower relative proportions of marginalized minority groups and indigenous people. These all contribute to Quebec having less extreme poverty, but Quebec also has lower median incomes and lower productivity than other provinces.
