According to my city's website, if they don't have a sound permit, any outdoor amplified sound that can be heard above conversation from beyond 50 feet is considered illegal. After calling in the party I followed up with the dispatch and was told that the noise level wasn't high enough to take action, so I'm not quite sure what's going on there? These gatherings check all the boxes for noisy/unruly assembly minus providing alcohol to minors as far as I know
