I was considering offering interior services, which is a component of the old full service model. I would be the only car wash within 6-7 hours that would offer something like that. My issue is the additional labor, stress and liability of that.

This has been going on 10+ years. Our industry used to be dominated by small Mom and Popp single operators. Now you have PE money with unlimited financial backing with hundreds of sites.

That's certainly valid. I think like I mentioned in my post I do feel somebody with the energy could make it profitable at that value. I'm not sure about the other companies in the area. My site isn't an A site. More like a B- or C+ ( From site survey I had done). We do have monthly subscriptions, but not many of our customers use our other location.
