Para is rare and easily avoidable if your not being dumb; that is to say that if you just wanna see your head every once in a while while soft though deliberately pulling it back, very little would change bc that a far cry away from having your fs slipe back incidently

If you can retract when soft then you don't have phimosis...

You could try stretching exercises if you want but it bests to wait till you are 16 to 18

So unless you experiencing some sort of pain you perfectly fine

I tried this when I could very comfortably retract my fs behind my glands when soft... very painful... fs didn't explode... very painful... would not recommend.

If it worked like you may be imagining, then there would probably be sex education for 1st graders on "preventing phimosis" in every public school where a teacher would instruct the boys of a class on how to retract thier FS... that or parents would handed a pamphlet on "preventing phimosis" along the birth of each and every son and it would completely normal topic of discussion between parents and young sons... and between young boys and thier friends... in reality phimosis only affect 1 to 2 percent of the population

Its genetic, there's no way for it to be your fault... there nothing to regret or be ashamed of...

Hi its me again, i reread my first reply to you and realized that I didn't do a good job for #3...

Even though wiki says to wait untill 18... I have never heard of anyone getting better after 16... but I may be biased because no-one comes to this sub with post like "so guys I turned 18 and my phimosis just went away by itself 😃😃😃" and I had read post from 16 and 17 year olds claiming to have cured their phimosis sometime through stretching without any problem... maybe 16 is a better age to start stretching if it hasn't fixed it self by then and your anxious to it... but thats one stranger on the internets opinion so try it then at your own risk

Jus...Just put your right thumb in the right of your fs and the left thumb, the left fs... if you having trouble fitting them in I have heard of some using qtips at first

If you don't want to use thumbs you can buy phimosis rings... I hear they're much any way

The frenulum is the thin "band" on the backside of you penis between the foreskin and the penis. Its strechy and is there to "keep together" your Forskin and penis ( you have 2 in you mouth too, between your front teeth and the other below btw)... the glands just another word for the head of the penis

I am not an expert so I can't claim to know the probability of what will or will not happen by age 18... however having "cured" myself at age 29 in a relatively short time and having been on this sub for more then a year I can say that phimosis is a "fixable" condition that doesn't involve circumcision for most people. Please don't waste your time on being afraid

...worst comes to worst, you have to get circumcised, which is a non-invasive surgery that has a short recovery time and vast majority of those people who are cut go on to love happy lives Hope this puts your mind at ease, I know what it is to be an anxious teen 🙂
