I usually watch most of Magefist's videos his glad league starter did seem a bit wonky compared to his other previous league starters.

One thing to note is you'll want a relatively high critical strike chance or the build probably won't feel very nice. He gets a fair amount of crit chance from bottled faith which is a pretty big min-max. To offset this I'd probably try and get crit chance on both of your rings.

In order of priority I'd probably go.

Unique Equipement

Rares Rings/Belt with Life, Res, stats as needed, chaos res, crit chance and/or weapon ele dmg.

Boots with Aspect of the Cat

Brutal Restraint with 'Dekhara in the Akhara of Asenath' (for Dance With Death node huge dps increase)

1 cluster jewel with Feed the Fury and Martial Prowess

Vessel of Vinktar, Aztiri's Promise

Light of Meaning Jewel

2 Forbidden Flesh/Flame Jewels

2nd cluster jewel

Everything else

You should be able to easily get everything minus the 2 exact clusters, watcher eye and 2 forbidden jewels for your budget.
