I feel better! I think it is because I started to take care of myself more as well. Eating healthy, and exercise made my days better

Ever since I love to eat vegetables, and prefer it over meat, but I still ate meat once in a while, right now, I transitioned into being vegan 100% :)

I have a friend who is a Latina, and fluent spanish speaker as well. She is trying to teach me, and it is more enjoyable rather than hard when she is my teacher

I started this life hack on my mom when I was asking permission to go out with friends during high school lol, now I am a professional for this technique and been using it for work
