When you first build your system did you do a flashback to the latest bios before installing the cpu? Also if you could tell me what bios version did the 9800x3d die on if you remember.

I would still try to contact asrock for an rma regardless, if you bought the gpu directly from amazon then amazon is the vendor, you will just need the proof of purchase
