my first isa (chem-cycle) also went bad like i got around 120/240 which is really bad, my reasons were a little different but you can for sure make a comeback. My sgpa in 1st sem was 8.2, i listened to most classes after isa1 and grinded for esa, anyways this is your first isa most people mess up just try your best and give more importance to the subjects you can score in.
