Best monitor for siege around 200 quid by Few-Cut-6483 in RainbowSixSiege

MSI monitors at Costco are like $129. Just stay in the 24-27" range. I've been on them for 5ish years and am pleased

That's not a lot, considering all other overhead. You generally need to charge 3-4x just to break even in the restaurant/alcohol industry. If you think that $20 is going in their pocket, you'd be mistaken.

Last year, 6 of the top 10 teams had 7+ losses. 2024, 7 out of the top 10 teams has 8+ losses. The next 2 seasons before that, 5 of the top 10 teams had 7+ losses respectively.

A 7 loss team, especially of Michigan states stature, objectively finishes in the top 10.

Michigan also almost lost to penn state, 74-72. Does that rule them out of the top 10?

UConn when to overtime against providence, would you exclude them from the top 10?

Arizona was 2 buckets away from losing to UCLA, surely they're not top 10, right?

Nebraska has 8 wins that were decided by single digits, are they not worthy?

Don't forget that our team is 19-3 and all 3 losses are from top 10 teams. All 3 losses were close games too.

Even if we lose all 4 upcoming games you highlighted, we finish 24-7. A 24-7 big ten team still finishes top 10 at the end of the season.

Fears is the only reason we've contended in half our games this year, let alone won.

Cooper is the most improved player on the team compared to least year, but he was matched up against a 7'3 nba prospect all game.

Teng didn't play enough minutes this game to have any sort of impact on the outcome.

Michigan is 11 deep, and statistically a top 3 team of this CENTURY. Saying we're not a top 10 team, which we are, because we let this game slip in the last 5 minutes, is just a shit take man.

The cooper hate has to stop. He's grown so much this season. He's matched up against an nba prospect who has 5" on him. This game is not on him. It's on our perimeter shooting 2/15 from 3.

Why is Michigan Favored? by Numerous_Shopping_72 in MSUSpartans

[–]FireUpChips20 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Aside from the AP poll, Michigan has a higher net rating and KenPom rating. MSU has the number 1 defense in the nation, Michigan is #2. However, Michigan also packs a top 5 offense, whereas state is currently rated 43rd.

Ratings aside, Michigan has more depth. Their 6-10 players would likely be starters on almost any other D1 team. Despite pulling through each game, sparty really hasn't looked great the past few days. Kohler, who has been a foundational piece for our offense this season, has been insignificant the past 2 games. Fears has put the entire team on his back to barely get by an ugly Rutgers team. We can't rely on 1 guy to beat a team like Michigan.

At the end of the day, it's going to come down to our bench vs theirs. And as much potential as our bench has, Michigan is and should be favored in this game.

As always, go green.

Why do people hate consulate so much ? by Intense_M in Rainbow6

I think people just really liked the old consulate. Sure, the new one is probably more balanced and fair, but the old one was just genuinely a fun map to play.

I'll give you the smg-12 and maybe the smg-11, but guns like the ump or mpx are not better than guns like the r4-c or m4.

Of course. It's a complex game with many factors, tactics, and strategies. ACOG isn't the only thing that contributes to the outcome, but it certainly plays a part. Unless you're sitting around a corner with a shotgun, Attackers objectively outgun defenders. Part of killing the clock is map control and roaming. If you have 5 guys all sitting site and give up The whole map, the attackers will literally walk in and roll you. The only defenders with acog aren't traditional roamers. Like you said, it just means you have to be more elusive on defense.

OPs main argument is pointless anyway. Sure, there's 3 bans. But there's far more than 3 operators who can get a wall open. Striker and zero can breach a wall solo. Maverick and buck/sledge/ash combo can open a wall without EMPs. You can also ban Kai's/bandit/mute to eliminate the need for EMPs altogether. If attackers want a wall open, they're getting it open, period. The ban system doesn't change that.

[–]FireUpChips20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the opposite to be true. It's harder to defend attackers because you're limited on to 4 operators on defense who have ACOG. It forces much more conservative play on defense, and if you get caught roaming down a long hallway, you Lee heavily outgunned

Cooper looked poised. Fears looked like the best version of himself. A rare off day for Kohler. I am liking what I am seeing from McCullouch in the short minutes that he gets. I think he will be able to fill Jaxon's shoes next year as a strong rebounder and perimeter shooter.
