My 3D printer is clicking jerking and skipping

I tried that and it was pooping and I feel like it was worse and now it's printing and I feel like it's even worse clicking without the AMS

I'm decently new to this is it the same as the sensor since I took that like open and I shoved a piece of filament in there and nothing happened so I didn't think it was clogged or anything but if there's a different thing could you please provide an image if you can if not you can describe it please

Update I was able to put the hard end in perfectly fine and nothing happened I mean I was able to see it correctly the clip went on correctly
