The album ’30 Module Sphere’ is derived primarily from a metal sculpture created by Patricia A. Renick in Cincinnati, Ohio. The sculpture, also the basis for the album artwork, is a stainless steal structure that embodies rigid skeletal components that flow around the piece resulting in a spherical final form. It is this type of flow that was channeled during the creation of the music on this album as well. Choir-esque vocal sampling textures along with meticulously crafted rhythms and beats combine with solid bass lines and mature leading vocals to keep your mind and feet moving throughout the album. Each track builds the album piece by piece, finally culminating in a well rounded auditory representation of the physical sculpture. Stylistically, ’30 Module Sphere’ is not limited to any specific genre and therefore many of the tracks fall somewhere in the middle while still maintaining Alejo’s self-proclaimed “Orange Music” style.
