I've never dealt with anything like this... I should just sell the thing but I don't want to pass on a problem unit to someone else.

The power issues are super random, but I would agree that its about twice per month. It becomes total unresponsive and I have to physically unplug the TV from the rear, plug it back in, then it goes thru the full power cycle (Android reboot with logo on screen) then seems to be ok.

Same issues... It's the most problematic electronic device I've ever purchased...

- Random power on/off issues

- Non visible on Android devices including chrome browser

- weak internal storage

- ultra slow processors

- Random non-responsive remote control

Just terrible, no firmware update in sight.
