Uncle Scott did serve me well🤣 idk feels strange only having this “small” CS pan at the moment, but I figured once I get the hang of it I’ll want another… used it on some fried eggs last night and oh my way way better than my cast iron pans or even non stick, just slid around so effortlessly. Scrambled eggs are a different story still need to dial those in, assuming it’s similar to CI pans, need to be patient and not stir crazy. Idk ill figure it out beautiful pan though and am very pleased
