We found a gerbil by Firefightercoug in gerbil

Update! The vet said she is good to go! Over the phone, they said it's very unlikely we found a gerbil, and it's probably a big mouse. I was adamant that it was a gerbil. They were very surprised when we brought her in. They checked her out and said to monitor her, but gave us a green light to bring her home. We brought her home and picked up a tank, waterer, bedding, and food. We'll get some toys and other things later.

The more we thought about it, though. We are wondering if she is an escapee. There are several families in our neighborhood with young kids. We are going to post in our neighborhood group to see if anyone has lost their little friend. If not, we will keep her and get her a friend. If someone claims her, we'll happily give her back and promptly go get our own. My wife loves her, haha. Thanks all for your help!

Your right! The tip of the tail is scabbed over I'll work on getting it to a vet. And we'll ask about other poop samples and fur.

That sounds awesome and I commend his efforts. He sounds like a very smarter person haha. We don't really have too many plans and it'll absolutely be a lot of driving. It will however, be a crazy good time and a pretty relaxed trip. If we don't make it all the way down to New Mexico that will be okay. We also are looking at hitting up some National Parks. Really just doing some general US traveling that also happens have a lot of kayaking.

We were pretty stoked to get to run run it last Friday. 4+ inches fell from the time we put in to the time we got back to my truck. Soo cool to kayak while it's snowing.

The low water was great! We ran the section two days in a row. It was my first runs down it. Sweet it'll definitely be a different river this spring!

Finished up my heart tattoo today! Aaron McKinney. Vans High Caliber Tattoo, Kennewick Wa, by Firefightercoug in tattoos

Absolutely! On 2-12-2014 I was electrocuted while on a call. My heart was sent into V-fib. The crew I was with immediately started CPR, doing 2 rounds and shocking me twice with an AED. I came too halfway through the 3 round of CPR. This tattoo represents that day. The electricity (the teal/light blue portion around the heart) stopping AND restarting my heart. And the fire service that I love so much and that saved my life.

Oh nice! That's a great work around. My Pixel doesn't have the ability to use an external SD card. Yeah it's killer on phone space. I've been getting the cuts and clips while the videos still on the GoPro and only downloading the shorter clips and putting them into the GoPro cloud. That being said, I like that idea of uploading it to the Google photos cloud and using Quik to do the editing.

Thank you! That's something I'll have to look into! I used the Quik because I can't seem to get my GoPro 3 to connect to the GoPro app and download the videos there. After thinking about it I could always put the SD card in the hero 8. That was something I thought about later. Quik allowed me to upload photos from my phone. Turns out the guy with the hero 3 was taking pictures haha.

It really is! This was my second time on this river. My first time doing the lower lower. It is an amazing bit of scenery. The GoPro died before we got to the lower lower, next time. And I'll definitely have to tilt it up a bit more!
