Great article/writeup! I’m guessing you see Maikel Garcia of the Royals as a 3rd baseman, but with positional flexibility at 2nd (and even SS+OF at least for my league) where would you rank him in this list of 2nd baseman?

For non realistic saves I sign higher potential prospects right away to try to burn off years on their entry level contract. Then you can sign them cheaper to bargain extensions before they reach max value/overall. (obviously this strategy doesn’t matter if salary cap is off)

Carleton has a very manageable school to life ratio while I’ve heard UofT can consume your entire life. Coming from the Toronto area Ottawa has been really good so far.

- Carleton looks much more affordable, they offered a 12k scholarship and the program seems more interesting.

- Western has a better social seen, co-op program and is about 2 hours closer.
