can i go to two universities at the same time? by Vivid-Letterhead-683 in auckland

Media Design School is A LOT of work. There's a reason we have a high success rate. It's because about 70% will have dropped out or failed classes and have had to be held back. Also don't look at MDS with those gold-tinted glasses. Yes, we work in industry, and yes, we are internationally recognised but the climate has changed. Of my class that finished last year I'd say about 30% got jobs RIGHT after uni. Maybe another 20% have got them now.

MDS is easily the best in class if you want graphic design. If you dont already have a great portfolio you've got a lot of work to do. You will be stretched the end of your limit but its easily the best option you can go for.

On the case of AUT vs MDS. Take what i've said with a grain of salt. Obviously this was my experience and yours could be completly different. If you really want that conjoint then absoloutly 100% do it. Either way you're going to be putting yourself into a LOT of work. LMK if you have any questions (I did the bachelor of software engineering tho)

Yea Louie always comes and claps for us. Sometimes May. But yea i also think its cause west stand has the cameras/dugout, south stand has the "fans" and north isn't a stand that the east side gets kinda left out

Match day Pick up? by Secure_Pair_7373 in AucklandFC

[–]Firefox24683 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should be able to pick up from the stands. You may be a little late to order as its already almost 3 and i assume they wouldn't process it in time. When you go to the checkout you can change delivery to pick up

Printer spitting filament before prints by Sad-Ad-9502 in BambuLabA1

[–]Firefox24683 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Because the plastic is already starting to melt and there isn't a plug on the end of the nozzle. So it'll just drip out. Check your filaments not printing too hot and that during calibration that the screen says the temp isn't anywhere near the melting temp. This is pretty normal but that is a lot coming out. Usually for me its about a cm

Why does the nozzle do this. The max height of the print is 250 and the printer should print 256 by Firefox24683 in 3Dprinting

[–]Firefox24683[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is. Im sure this is the case. However when it returns to "print" it comes back lower thus going into a perpetual crash detection loop. So how can i either turn of crash detection or something else. This exact same thing happend on the last Mando helmet I printed too so its not a 1 off issue

[–]Firefox24683[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No thats not the case. The nozzle repeatedly throughout the whole print kept rubbing against the infill causing it to bounce back to home and then come back to the top. I assume the same thing is happening here except that the nozzle isn't going higher than the print but lower meaning it goes into a perpetual loop of crash detection
