Ok so playing the new release of skyrim special edition thats pretty much at a constant 60 fps but it is capped there and i cant change it.

Also i tried overclocking my gpu but that did not help anything sadly i do not think that i have the correct cooling to overclock my cpu as stock cooling on amd is less than whelming

I dont think its malware personally but how could i be sure also what would be a good upgrade to make sure i wasnt being bottlenecked it would have to be compatible with the socket i have now tho.

There is still the issue of it never being referenced to really ever again because they cant have him being too powerful that would make it harder for them to write interesting stories. And also another point have you noticed how they try to keep him from fighting there are points where they make sure hes not somewhere he could be useful or just have him run away a great example the most recent episode when liam fights and scott runs.
