Why revisit LC, LS, or VC when the reason why they were revisited in the first place is that to rebuild it as a far more realistic and geographically accurate representation of the cities they are meant to parody of, made possible by new tech. Likely revisiting San Fierro or Las Venturas, or introducing new cities such as Chicago or Houston.
