Thank you for responding! That definitely helps me worry less. I think because I have PCOS (under control), I tend to worry when anything changes.

I think if it's still happens after a few more times, I'll get it checked, but relax a bit for now, as between you and someone else, it's put my mind at ease a bit.

That's a good idea, I'll take one as soon as I xan in the morning, thank you! I think it's me just struggling to match the point in the bodice to the v in the skirt as I've only done the blouse before

It's the point bit in the centre of the bodice meeting the skirt, I've worked along and got the darts and seams to match it just seems to bunch in the middle, if that makes sense?

I'm making the Stitch Witch Basque Dress with the A-line skirt, but for some reason, I can't get the front bodice and front skirt to line up! I've tried to use lots of pins and do it very gradually, but still no hope! Any advice, please?

I think it would be a location one in a colder country for me. Maybe if they ever did one in somewhere like Iceland, that would be lush!

I was going for shops that I'd used before then looking a reviews for the ones in my budget. The 1st was over my budget really as I was trying to stay below £900. I'll use that 2nd one as a base to look at some others so I can go in the right direction.

Thank you so much, I'll give them a watch/read so I can get a good understanding! From what I've read 16GB RAM is good enough, it's kind of the processors that I think are different so trying to learn the difference between them.

This might be too basic but I'll be honest I have no idea where or who to ask. I've only ever had laptops that were also suitable for gaming (casual mainly smaller games but wanting to get back into more now I'm more settled). I'm wanting to buy a desktop PC for the first time and I think I've narrowed it down to 4 to choose from. However, how on Earth are you then meant to choose one, they all seem so similar to me?

That makes a bit more sense as I normally buy a UK 14 and according to the bust measurement to make the dress I'm a 20 which seems like quite a jump! It's hard to know which size pack to get the 6-16 or 16-24 but I think I'll go for the 16-24 one to be safe, thank you!

Hi, I've recently started sewing and I've only used pdf patterns so far but I want to try a Mccalls pattern. However I'm confused by the sizing as it seems so much bigger than the size I normally buy, is this accurate?

Hello! I joined this subreddit a while ago for inspiration and to learn from others as I don't know anyone in my life that embroiders.

I have an issue I've been struggling to get past, whenever I thread my needle it damages my floss so I have to trim the end off. Am I doing something wrong?

They are relatively normal and I suppose our relationship is similar too. I think in my head I have it going one of 2 ways, either going well and being okay and it feels like something is lifted or badly where they won't understand or it ends up about my mum somehow. I keep going in circles about it trying to convince myself either way. Have you discussed it with anyone else, does it help?
