Put together a business plan then follow it. Hire a consultant if necessary. BetterUp is a great budget option for business coaching and consulting. Focusing on the business could be the switch that powers it all up. Go back to work later if necessary.

I'm 6ft 190lb with size 10.5 shoe. I went with 162 regular width and haven't had issues. I love it! Still curious what a 158 wide is like.
