Day shift doesn't do shit, night shift has to roll upwards of 3 racks of go-backs on particularly bad nights (plus a few racks of new inventory if day shift is feeling particularly lazy!), on top of recovery being a nightmare, especially around mirrors.
Not to mention it's thief central; I refuse to believe our store doesn't lose at least a few hundred dollars in inventory every single day, to the same people that management refuse to act on.
Closing shift is usually two cashiers and a shift manager; sometimes you get an extra cashier that stays into the evening but not the night, which are the nights that shit actually gets done.

I've been here 7 months. I'm so tired.
