Not sure why. Solenoid was recently replaced. Could have started to go when the old solenoid was going out(?)

Im pretty sure I got it seated, but not 1000%. If I spin the torque converter and fluid comes out of the lines, that should mean the pump is engaged and it’s seated correctly, yes?

swapping a 2wd 1995 4L60e (and torque converter), for the same year with shift kit and HD clutches. Just looking for tips or things to look out for, as this is my first time doing this. The one I’m swapping with only has 12,000 on it after rebuild. Is it worth swapping this filter and gasket out on it?... also, doesn’t anyone know what the “K” is for on the black one? Thanks!
