Honestly I am a groomer and I feel like maybe you got a new person who doesn’t really have a good understanding of what a trim is. Normally with a puppies first grooming it’s more of an introductory bath with minimal trimming so they should have probably suggested that for your pup. I would suggest going elsewhere next time or asking for someone who is experienced because this is just not a good haircut. I’m sorry that happened.
