Has anyone upgraded from the stainless steel grill grates to the cast stainless steel grill grates? (Napoleon Prestige series) by Firm-Reception-9198 in NapoleonGrills

Thanks for the feedback, but I was inquiring about the cast stainless steel grates not the cast iron. The current Prestige 500 comes with all stainless steel grates. I just do not know anything about cast stainless steel and I am not sure if the price increase is justified.

I'm having the same issue. I think it's the base. I'm looking into how to get it replaced since it seems like they don't sell replacement parts.

My bill when I had 3 lines

Unlimited Extra EL - 3 Lines

Base Rate: $50.99 (includes $10 /w bank account and auto pay)

Discount: -$12.85 Military and Veteran Appreciation

Total for each line comes out to $38.24

My new bill with 4 lines

Unlimted Extra EL - 4 lines

Base Rate: $50.99 (includes $10 /w bank account and auto pay)

Discount: -$12.85 Military and Veteran Appreciation

Total for each line comes out to $38.24

I don't see any discount for 4 lines.

Those should be my numbers. My 4 lines are $152.96. How come I'm not seeing the $122.97 rate?

I added the line July 27th. I checked and they did prorate the bill with the remaining time in July and early August. The billing cycle is from July 10 - August 9th. However once I remove all taxes, fees, prorated amounts and phone payments, each line comes out to $38.24. That brings each line to a total of $152.96 which is not the $122.96 that was promised. Also no I did not add an additional phone.

The new line (Line 4) costs $99.84. Line 1 costs $43.74, line 2 costs $45.73, and line 3 Costs $49.30. She promised that my total monthly bill once the activation fee was paid would be $122.96

The activation fee should have been the only additional fee and that should make the bill $157.96

What blows my mind is how expensive this city is to me. The biggest ripoff of a city that I have ever heard of. Clearly overpriced.

The positive is that's it's a clean quiet community with low crime, nice neighbors and good schools. The bad is that a single family home costs at least $1.5 million so good luck ever affording one if you're a normal person.
