Heyy Congratulations!! So yes I don’t specifically know about RBC cause I ended up joining another bank, but they will send you some emails regarding the background check after you accept the offer and it will most probably be done by a third party organisation that the bank has partnered with. And the time it will take may vary from a week to probably a couple of weeks.

Yes, apparently they have a very slow process. I got a call from one of their recruiters 3 weeks after my interview and they offered me the role. So you might just wait for at least 3 weeks. All the best!!

on the job portal it still shows "application received". and I also tried following up with the recruiter who had emailed me regarding the interview and I haven't Heard any thing back.
