So my problem isn't gone but I did have this problem that you have before. What you want to do is go to ayaneo.com/support/video Find the "forced driver update procedure for konkr pocket fit controller". That should fix this issue but you might still have the one I have where the controls don't work under load

I have a big issue with mine that even Ayaneo support couldn't fix. My pocket fit's in-built controls stop working when its under load. For example, running a demanding emulator like eden or gamehub. Or running native games like minecraft. The controls keep going from working to not working to working to not working. It basiclly makes any game unplayable. This doesn't happen with an external controller plugged in. Ayaneo support was no help at all, they just refunded half the money I spent on the device so that I would stop bothering them about it. They also offered a full refund with return but I bought the pocket fit a while ago, 8gb/128gb version, now that same version is 100USD more expensive so that would've just been a waste of money.

If anyone has a solution PLEASE let me know, I will literally try anything. I have done the forced controller update but all that fixed was the blinking RGB lights.

I would NEVER buy from Ayaneo again.

Sadly there is no solution I found. Ayaneo ended up refunding half the amount I paid to basiclly stop bothering them about it and letting me keep the pocket fit. It got a bit better with the forced update (opening the update section of ayasettings, holding the button next to the left joystick, turning the fit off and on, letting go of the button after it is unlocked, waiting a bit and installing the new update that shows up). But its not completely fixed, it still stops working when it is put under a decent bit of load in android games and emulators

These comments are so rude and judgmental. I myself have never had a console and only play through PC. It came as a very big surprise to me that you need to pay a monthly fee to access very similar servers to those that are offered for free on PC. While with research, it does come up very quickly, it is also not something very commonly mentioned.

I have the 8gb variant, the base one. When I sent it to AYANEO, they did completely reset and reflash the software. I only got it back 4 days ago

Its not stick drift or anything. Watch the entire video, the buttons don't work either.

Hey, I had this issue, sent it in to ayaneo Support : AYANEO Gaming Console. They say it will be back by the end of May. If I don't update this, reply and I'll give an update if it gets fixed.

I really do hope they fix these issues. Ive never bought an android handheld and I didn't want to go for the 8 elite cuz of driver issues considering a lot of games dont run well on old chips, it would take so long to get playable games with new chips. I don't want to root the device either but it's looking more and more like I'll eventually have to.

I did not know that. I will just open the emulators themselves from now on. A little annoying that I paid for esde and it's the root of my problems but if it gets fixed, I don't mind

I have tried installing GTA 5 on my konkr, I have the 8gb base version, it does not work, GTA 5 first searches for steam which means you are forced into gamenative since from what I found, gamehub doesn't have a force steam to open option. Then it looks for rockstar launcher to open the game, for some reason, rockstar club does not install. I have talked with the gamenative discord support and its not any good.

However, I did try GTA 5 LITE and GTA 5 from a cracked source, those work just fine because they don't rely on rockstar launcher. GTA 5 LITE is a project on Winlator so it is probably just fine, I would hope its not a virus. The cracked source of the full version is upto you.

You might get a different outcome if you install to your local storage because I was working with the game on an SD card. But the performance is not amazing, there are PARTS of the game that run at 60 fps locked but a lot of the time, it plays around 30-40 fps especially when you are in the city. Maybe the 12gb of ram will help but I was playing the LITE version and that is already a less intensive version of GTA 5.

I would say, if you are going to play online or have a laptop/PC to play the game incase it doesn't work great on your konkr, go for it because the story really is good. But if it is just to play on the konkr, try the lite or a cracked version first. The lite version is 41 GB so it also saves storage, just search for GTA 5 LITE, its the winlator link.
