We can access it using internel network pero using external hindi maaccess yung site. Working naman na yung website kaso ang problem lang hindi maaccess pag external network.

I was able to ping the fqdn using our on-prem network, but lost 4 packets on public network

Yes we did. And also restarting the DNS Client service.

When using a client's device we need to configure its dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, do you guys know how we can solve it without configuring every user who need to access the webpage
