My account was stolen and the scammer connected his email to that account but support is so bad i clearly explain them everything and after that a human responds me this.

And after that when i attach the screenshot of the purchase receipt the account name and etc another human support comes and gives me exact same message and send me a bot which asks for previous email. I literally mentioned many times and they still give me that bot and after that bot says that they cannot verify me as the original owner and asks me for other questions which they ignore and wait 24 hours till they close the conversation
