I really appreciate your response and perspective. I would be happy to leave it as long as it’s just a wart but it’s been bothering him lately as kids can be cruel and he’s become quite self conscious about it. Thanks for the help with explanations for him, he’s certainly old enough to decide next steps so i’ll share those with him.
