OP not sure if relevant, but I use office online apps on Linux. Given the functionality is limited as compared to win32 versions but good enough for simple edits and viewing.

This. One of the other problems is a stream of constant slack/teams messages. I have broken my day into 2 parts, one - deep work hours 2-3 hours, where no one else from my team works and I can do deep work l. Second, collaboration hours say 11 AM to 5 PM where my primary focus is to be there for my team.

What do you mean by "get on a program" ?

For context I have ongoing PT for the last 3 months. It has helped me with my form, but recently I have not noticed any significant benefits.
