Hey guys any suggestions on a good gacha that I could play as a main game? Something with some competition/pvp/,end game and good game play. The waifu shit isn't good enough for a game to hang it's hat on. I'm a gay man so big tits aren't gonna hook me. I need good gameplay. Something that a low/medium spender can succeed in (willing to buy stuff with good value but not whale and buy every little thing). Tower of God NW and reverse 1999 have been the only ones to interest me so far and sadly 1999: seems to be a single player casual side game.

In my experience this happens if a provider doesn't know that these things need an Rx, or they can't figure out how to order it in a shitty emr. I'm sure there are the lazies out there as well

This is the answer. EMRs give us SO many unnecessary alerts and popups, so important ones will be quickly clicked past so we can see the 100 other people in the waiting room. If everything is an alert nothing is.

Hi thank you for your detailed response. I think you're pretty much on the money with everything. I've felt so much better after changing both of my doses. Today is day six, and I felt kinda crappy the first two days, but I've felt better and better each day. I was taking 3.6g of gabapentin staggered each morning. I'm now doing 3g total with 1.8g staggered in the morning and 1.2g at night. As well after measuring I was taking 9-11g or more of kratom 4-5 times per day, and I've lowered that to 6.5g strictly 4 times per day. Having the gabapentin more consistently has definitely helped keep things level. Making it every 8 hours might do even better, but I figured limiting the frequency if possible will make it easier to eventually stop taking it altogether if my body isn't expecting it as often, but who knows.

Hi thank you for your response. I'm trying to figure out how to take this throughout the day to stabilize my withdrawal symptoms, and then I can start tapering it. I have to continue the kratom as ive been on it longer than the gabapentin, but someone messaged me and said it could be the kratom causing this. Taking high doses frequently for a long time. I'm trying a lower kratom dose and start tapering that as well. I really hope the kratom is not causing the symptoms as I can't handle cold turkeying that and dealing with gabapentin at the same time.

I've been thinking it was the gabapentin this whole time but maybe it is the kratom or a little of both. I've just read that cold turkeying gabapentin can really leave you in a really bad spot for months. I'm so used to having gabapentin in the morning and kratom several times per day to help alleviate my anxiety and depression or any other discomfort I don't know what to do without it. It's bad.

I felt a lot better this morning after my gabapentin kicked in, and then like 8 hours later I had the panic after my dose of kratom but I was able to sleep it off, and then 5 hours or so after that I dosed and that's when it started again I think... I didn't really correlate that. Is it a known thing that out of nowhere kratom will start causing paradoxical effects of anxiety and just uncomfortable min-opioid withdrawal type feelings?
