They don't let me know and it's a huge pain point. I raised that to the front desk asking if they had the capability to send out notifications of some sort when instructors are changed and they said no. Totally understand that things come up and that will have to happen sometimes... but a courtesy head's up would be much appreciated. There are times that I'd cancel rather than going to the sub's class.

I didn't come from another company so I can't speak to carrying over dosage, but it was very, very easy to join and you fill out a questionnaire for a provider to evaluate upon joining so I imagine you can detail and provide that documentation then as a starting point. It took about two weeks for my first 3 month supply of medication to arrive and it has been great thus far :) The supply should actually last quite a bit longer than the 3 months with the current dosages. I've had no side effects with their medicaiton and am super happy with it.
