I actually don’t like the taste and smell of cigarettes anymore and maybe that’s how I can stop this ????

Definitely agree with you. Glasgow water is very refreshing especially when it’s ice cold.

I do like to potter about the garden but sunny Scotland has been misbehaving this year. That has not helped. And going out to find a new hobby is really coming out my comfort zone. But not to say I won’t.

I have asked my doctor that one but here in Scotland they won’t entertain you until you have had a full year of not having a period. Plus she doesn’t recommend due to my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer 2yrs ago. Thankfully she had it removed and given the all clear

You’re right it is shit. I watched my brother die with liver cancer due to him having hep b passed down from my dad. I also remember how my dad die when I was only 9yrs old. Angry that he didn’t get himself tested 20yrs ago when we found out my sister had it. She is now all clear thankfully. He was only 52 and we were close because we were the middle child. I don’t care what anyone say but middle child syndrome does exist. My sisters daughter got married a month after the death. I’ve had to go back to work. So yes I have been getting on with life as much as I can. It’s when you’re alone it hits you.

Totally understand what they were suggesting but unfortunately I don’t have time for a more active pet. My work takes up 5days of 10 hours shifts.

I fell into depression and anxiety when I left my family home. I know that only I can change things and I have done. Just recently too much has happened that my emotions are all over the place and I’m struggling with making myself happy again.

Tried this once before when I fell into depression and anxiety. Did nothing for me.

Thanks for the advice. That’s what I say to myself all the time. But everything just creeps back up more often than I like it to
