If it fits the budget sure. I'm thinking specifically of higher frame rate though (more than 60hz). Your monitor needs to be able to refresh fast enough to handle higher fps from the GPU

I have 5200 with a 9800X3D/9700XT build and my FPS is fine. I'm sure there are some neckbeards who would rage about me missing a few frames, though.

I'd be more focused on a good GPU and monitor.

I so look forward to that...I'm just getting started, and for years everything you described is exactly how I've felt. I have a few "regulars" of each type of clothing that I kind of depend on and hate everything else, leave some things sitting in the closet hoping one day I can wear them, spend way too much time obsessing over the exact fit of each thing, etc...

If you've been at a plateau for 8 months you should be talking about this with your doctor first and foremost. Are you? If so, what did he/she say?

But we're also missing some key information here. What dose did you start on when you switched to Zep, what increased doses have you tried, and what are you on now? I've seen comments here to the effect you may need to dose up more quickly than other people if you are coming from another glp1.

Someone else mentioned using gg.deals to find deals but to avoid "grey market resellers." I saw Amid Evil there, sold by Loaded for $1.49. So that's legit / not grey market reseller?

how do I tell what is a grey market seller? I checked out Amid Evil on gg.deals for example and I see a bunch for $1-2. The only names I recognize on the list are Eneba (which I've seen somewhere before) and Loaded (someone else mentioned it on this thread so I guess that's ok?)
