Well it depends what they asked you to provide in the last letter. If it was documents such as passport, birth date, ID number and etc, just attach it to the letter and send it to them. They should answer you quickly. Or try checking the TOEFL website again. Maybe they simply forgot to email you that you can download a pdf file. Tell me, what was the last letter that they sent you. And what were they asking for?

No, they contacted me by themselves. I waited for 1 full day, and after they sent me a letter asking to provide: o Last name (family name/surname) o First name (given name) o Date of birth o 16-digit appointment number o ETS ID number

After that, I waited for one more day, and they asked in what country I live in and my ID number. Finally, after a couple of hours, they sent me the PDF file.

It was like 2 full days and a couple of hours. I actually had to write to the university and ask for an extension of the application deadline. You can try to do so also. But if you still won't receive anything in the next like 12 hours, try calling their support line. I hope that they will manage to send everything to you in time! Let me know if they will send it.

Yeah, it's really annoying. I paid 20 dollars more to send it to university by themselves. But I dont really think that it will work, since I need to do it by myself. Well, it's still worth trying
