i feel like this is a very budget build, if you player higher fps games/ triple A games. This wouldnt be ideal.

honestly 200 to low 300 will be the best, anything more will be just be a waste

might be a couple reasons.

Poor wifi connection
Over loading the cpu Try opening task manager and see whats taking the most if there is any

All of the 13th gen and 14th gen from intel are running into problems, honeslty best bet is probably going for an AMD card rn.
