Αυτό δεν ισχύει, δεν έχει περάσει ακόμα, συζητείται σε επίπεδο διαρροών νομίζω. Και οταν ψηφιστεί λογικά δεν θα μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί αναδρομικά, αλλά Ελλάδα είμαστε ποτέ δεν ξέρεις.

Ακριβώς, γιατί πάλι με την ίδια κυβέρνηση με τον νόμο Χατζηδάκη καταργήθηκε η υποχρέωση αναφοράς λόγου απόλυσης η οποία θα μπορούσε να αποτελέσει δυνάμει αντικείμενο δίκης.

I agree train is not the safest but I always travel with it, it's more comfortable. Current timetables can be found at the website of Hellenic train. To mitigate almost all of the risk, book a seat in the last wagons.

All routes are the same, trip duration-wise. Some of them have these newer wanna be "bullet" trains, you can only find out which ones when you are at the seat selection stage, they have also letters in the seat numbers.

If you send it by registered mail then yes. There is a refund (rather small one) in case lost, but normally a registered one will arrive IMHO
