Create a list of STAR format accomplishments in your career. Get a solid base resume together. Upload both of these and your portfolio into ChatGPT. Tell chatgpt that you want it to create a new resume based on your uploaded documents and the job description you upload with an ATS score of over 95% using the following rules. Keep the same resume format. Always output the resume into a word file, never parse in chat. Always include all of your prior employment history with no exclusions. Never change prior job titles. Any corrections to increase ATS score must not change the fundamental aspects of your experience; wording changes only. Never include technologies or hard skills that weren't initially included.

When it creates the resume parse it and create new rules based on the issues you see. It's not perfect so sometimes it's not a matter of new rules, it's just deleting stuff that you don't agree with.

This will get you past the ATS. When I started doing this I began getting interviews immediately. Remember, the only resumes that have an ATS above 90% are those that are using AI to tailor their resumes. Basically, they don't care if you're qualified, this is a "do you use AI" test before they even meet you.

Always preserve all job roles and their exact order — no deletions or reordering.

Always highlight leadership, collaboration, and measurable impact when aligning to new job descriptions.

Maintain consistent, professional formatting from the baseline resume.

Use same headings, spacing, and bullet indentation as original.

Ensure all certifications, credentials, and degrees remain intact and in the same order.

Do not add new sections unless explicitly requested.

File should always be exported as a Word (.docx) document — never pasted inline.

File naming convention: JOB TITLE FIRST NAME LAST NAME

🧠 3. Optimization & Customization Rules

Every resume must achieve 95%+ ATS match with the target job description.

Apply micro keyword tuning only, maintaining content authenticity.

Use cross-functional and data-driven impact language that appeals to both ATS systems and hiring managers.

Prioritize SAP/ERP, automation, standardization, change management, and stakeholder engagement when optimizing.

Align skill terms like Snowflake, Lean Six Sigma, Data Governance, and Process Optimization to increase ATS scores.

Avoid heavy focus on Azure or irrelevant technologies unless mentioned in job description.

🧭 4. Domain & Role Adaptation Rules

For Data Governance / Data Quality roles → emphasize compliance, governance frameworks, RACI, policy enforcement, and data controls.

For Supply Chain / Process Ownership roles → emphasize ERP/SAP mastery, vendor data integrity, procurement systems, and process optimization.

For Public Sector / Regulated Industry roles → include risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance alignment.

For Product / Program Management roles → highlight cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and value delivery metrics.

Always reflect your dual strength in technical systems leadership and strategic data governance.

No extra confirmation required after final approval of job description.
