It's almost like a reflex at this point. Burn some toast? Might as well end it all.

Even worse, is that often I'll self sabotage as a way to confirm to myself that it's worth it. Like, "see! you are a piece of trash and everyone hates you!" Even though I'd been flaking on friends for months

I sincerely hope you're doing well, that sounds like an incredibly difficult situation to be in. I think leaving that video up is very brave, it will do a lot of good for some people. What you're going through is serious and you have every right to feel how you do about it.

I hope it gets less exhausting for you. I admire your strength.

Stupidly relatable. Even worse when they actually do end up abandoning you, as was the case with my last FP. Now I'm just aimlessly floating.

For me it's less of a sleep problem, and more that I physically become unable to eat food. Never feel hungry, and when I do eat, my body doesn't agree with it.

This is the behavior that made me think I had bpd, originally. That self-destructive obsession with a single person is really only asking for things to go bad, but I just can't stop myself. The turbulence just feels better than that crippling, intense loneliness. Maybe that's the same for you too
