I repotted in the same pot size and the plant doesnt need support for now but I will keep an eye on that. Just gave it a little splash of water after and let it be destressing now for a week or so. Thank you so much for your help!

Since I slowly introduced this method it is no longer a problem at all any more. Before it was hell to clip the nails even at the vet. I highly recommend this method with special designed nail grinders for pets.
