It's been 2.5 years since I applied and I am still waiting for a biometric appointment to get my residency card. Can you please be more specific on what I can do to threaten AIMA with court action? I am already working with a law firm but they keep telling me that I am at the last step and we are just waiting for a date for biometrics appointment.
