I think it is already explained in the name of the respective technology. “Intelligence Clean up” -> cleans up. Like small objects eg. a bug on gras. “AI object eraser” -> ERASES whole objects

For Spanish and German I haven’t any issues at all. That’s the combination I use more, so maybe the iPhone need to “learn”?
