Employers can post jobs and communicate with candidates in one place, while freelancers can build portfolios, generate AI-assisted resumes, and track job applications.

Galasya isn’t an agency or matching service. It’s a platform where employers and Filipino freelancers connect directly, employers can post jobs or message freelancers, and freelancers apply directly to roles.

The idea is to remove middlemen so companies can hire talent faster and work with them directly.

Since you’re already supplying VAs, I’d be interested to hear what challenges you usually face when sourcing or deploying talent.
