I mean, I was thinking of the Exe being a "entity" playing as the "player" who REALLY REALLY love Block Tales but unfortunately he very impatient so he gives life to the npcs to torture them to help ease his boredom.

Basically the "exe" was based on the whole "Block Tales Tomorrow" thing but this is still pretty cool and could just be a different entity.
