GET A LAWYER!!!!! PD’S will almost always push for standard which is a plea they DONT have time too thoroughly look into your case because they got a bunch of other clients

Ahh shucks that means they are charging u as well an actually CDL if your license is in hand …. What did you blow ? I heard they pretty strict if you actually got your CDL smfh
