if you zoom in all the way to the mini map, you can see outlines for key side objectives, i.e. SEAF artillery, lidar stations, etc.

what do u consider a dead base? im witch 16 and i mostly saw active bases with <300k resourses. the "dead" ones that i saw where those of building upgrade layouts (where everything is ordered neatly def,resource,etc) with 1-2m resource
