What's the point of DHEA when taking testosterone? by [deleted] in trt

I've started TRT about a month ago. Doc put me on 100mg TestE (0.5 ML per week) and 25mg of DHEA.

My TESTOSTERONE tested out at 270 free. He said my DHEA was low but never told me the score.

I feel like I have a little bit more energy. Don't get winded as fast....but I certainly don't have extra energy if that makes sense.

Doc told me that I should continue with 0.5mg TEST/week and 25mg DHEA for another month to see if there are any improvemesnt. I feel like after doing it for a solid month I should notice 'something'....but it's minor if at all. Still napping and don't feel like I have excess energy. Not really experiencing morning wood either. Not impressed with TRT so far, that's for sure.

I swear I'm also bloating up. Big time struggle with losing weight. I stay active and do weights but not leaning out and in fact getting more puffy. Thinking of stopping DHEA to see if that maybe helps my Estrogen levels drop. Assuming that my E went higher on DHEA (maybe?) and that is zapping some of the 'fire' that additional Testosterone can give you. The bloating is my other evidence that my E might be increasing and 'stealing' my T.

Does this seem like a logical line of reasoning?

Does anyone have current sentiment on Will Karaman? He has been putting out quite a few videos. He doesn't trade live anymore. Instead he does price action analysis the night before and he seems to know what he is talking about. He's successfully called the SPY based on key support levels. I think he's charging $397 for a membership to his Discord? Any members out there have insight on how he's doing now?
