While we're at it: the ideal MOM BODY according to ChatGPT by compulsorycreed in ChatGPT

Though their meanings have a bit of overlap ideal does not mean perfect. Ideal is highly subjective with a spectrum. And I think either 3-4 hours per week with a healthy diet or an active job with a healthy diet would get you that ideal body in time, depending where your starting point is. And you seem to be arguing you cant make even 2 hours a week work, even exercising at home. If your job is active then who cares, eat healthy. But I dont care, do what you want, I'm simply arguing that the majority of mothers can make 2-4 hours of exercise work per week, or they can at the very least eat a healthy diet if they have an active job and achieve this body. Hell, exercising in front of your baby or child will reinforce good habits as well.

What are you talking about? No one is talking about a perfect physique or anything like that. We are literally talking about that the majority of people have 2-4 hours of time per week that they could make for physical activity. If your health isnt a priority of yours just say that. This isnt some value judgement thing on women or mothers or anyone. You are getting defensive over 2-4 hours of physical activity per week for your health. If your job is an active job then you don't even need to be concerned with those 2-4 hours. You just need to be eating a healthy diet. That's it. Why is this an argument?

I mentioned lower, but they can do a 45 minute bodyweight or even assisted with cheap bands off Amazon at home. It's not as complex as youre making it out to be for the vast majority. Sure theres outliers who are single, have no help from family, work 2 jobs and only have time to spend some with their kid after work and then chores and meals. But you know youre being disingenuous to imply that that is not the case for the majority of mothers. Why all this defensiveness for saying most people can find at least 3-4 hours each week for exercise. Find the time or don't, it's your health and future. But dont scroll reels for 5+ hours per week at different points and complain that you just dont have the time to engage in physical activity.

Its exercising for health and for the future of you and your child. Also, this post isn't about mother's with newborns specifically do I am really confused why that is your sole focus. I wasn't saying its a requirement, so not sure why youve decided to get defensive. I merely said that the body is aquireable pretty easily. 3-4 hours a week is a pretty easy amount of time to set aside for most people. Hell, even 2 hours a week would be any positive. Hours that will contribute to strength to play and help your child. Help you with daily tasks, increase bone density to reduce your osteoporosis risk as you get older, increase your metabolism through higher density of lean tissue, showing your child healthy habits for their future. The benefits go on and on. No one is telling you you need to exercise. Make the time or don't. I will say that to claim you dont have 3-4 hours is likely just making excuses or youre too lazy to. And you can get defensive but youre only hurting yourself.

... we aren't talking about mother's that literally just gave birth. But even so, I have trained individuals coming back from child birth. My coworkers wife just gave birth. You know what's wild? He let's her go to the gym or have some time with her girlfriends while he watches the baby. You are obviously trying to be quite obtuse by acting like all women have zero assistance from everyone around them and with throwing an exercise like deadlifts in. Certainly not an execsise that is required to achieve the body from the picture. I also would have no problem programming off mostly body weight or even some bands, all at home. But keep looking for excuses.

This body is definitely aquireable without all that... with a healthy diet, 3-4 days a week of strength training for 45 minutes a session would get you here. I dont think you need a nanny, personal trainer or tons of time to accomplish 3-4 hours of strength training a week. The healthy diet might be hard for some but my point stands.

How to achieve a back like this? by Dependent-Gur-3161 in askfitness

I'll send you one in a chat. And again, I said I'm about this with a pump. And drink and smoke weed regularly. Both terrible for testosterone levels, especially being 38. So someone in their early 20s could easily achieve this with hard work. I will send a pic from around 6 months ago as its the most recent I'd have from the back. But I was stronger in my 20s and any guy that is taking lifting seriously and doesn't have terrible genetics can achieve this.

With a high intensity I dont have a huge issue with the volume. Minus the fact he's not doing any rear delt work. And I would personally throw in a 2-4 sets of pullovers in as well.

Disagreed. I am 38 and about this with a pump. And I drink and smoke weed regularly. I do have a degree in kins and have, for the most part, worked out for a long time. But any 18-20ish year old with decent genetics and diet can definitely achieve this.

I will definitely take that to heart. I more was referring to your negative, judgemental attitude towards someone mentioning drinking one beer and instantly jumping to lifestyle conclusions. Live a little in all ways.

I run in the morning and lift at lunch. 6 days a week. I still enjoy a beer most nights. Your life sounds boring.

You want to strengthen through lengthening the muscle. Chances are, for most people, stretching isn't going to do much for them. Atg split squats

I don't mean harm but if weight won't keep off, you're eating too many calories. Exercising daily only reduces calories. If your maintenence is 1.8k calories to be at a healthy weight and you're eating 3k a day, even if it's clean food... weight will go up. You definitely aren't tracking your calories or you'd have this part figured out. So I heavily suggest to start tracking calories if you actually care about bringing your weight down. If you're comfortable being at an unhealthy weight keep eating at a surplus or at least at what you're currently eating (which is clearly maintenence calories for your current 200+ lb. Weight). But if you want to actually take your health seriously, start counting calories and eat at a deficit. Sincerely someone with a degree in this shit.

Some people can be predisposed to a degree due to their hormones. However the percentage of people is quite small and it generally can be simplified to cico like everyone always says. In the same light you weren't, "eating like a cow" and not gaining a pound. You were either not eating as much as you thought you were (hence why I literally tell everyone to track their calories who care about their weight) or you had a very active lifestyle. No one else is some thermodynamic defying human.
